Raising Men. Restoring Manhood. Reclaiming Purpose.
Remnant 300™ exists to answer a growing crisis—a generation of boys becoming men without direction, discipline, or spiritual identity. In a world that constantly distorts what manhood means, we are here to restore it through biblical truth, brotherhood, and battle-tested mentorship.
We’re more than a program. We’re a movement.
A brotherhood forged in the wilderness, rooted in the Word, and called to raise protectors, providers, and servant-hearted leaders for this generation and the next.
Through weekly discipleship, outdoor survival training, father-son experiences, and Christ-centered mentorship, we walk with boys, young men, and fathers as they discover who they are—and who God created them to be.

Why Remnant 300™ Exists
Inspired by Gideon’s army in Judges 7, Remnant 300™ takes its name from a group of just 300 faithful men—chosen not for their strength, but for their willingness, obedience, and devotion to God. Though vastly outnumbered, they stood firm, fought boldly, and trusted fully.
That’s what we’re building here:
A remnant of men willing to rise, to lead, and to stand unshaken in a culture that’s crumbling.
Our mission is clear—to raise the next generation of Godly men through discipleship, challenge, and brotherhood—one life at a time.

About Our Founder: Jim Pilkauskas
Veteran. Mentor. Father. Disciple-Maker.
After decades of leadership in the U.S. military, Jim Pilkauskas knows what it means to fight—but the greatest battle he’s ever faced is the one for the hearts of young men.
A devoted husband, father of three sons, and a man transformed by the Gospel, Jim founded Remnant 300™ out of a deep, personal calling: to raise up men who don’t just survive the world—but lead in it, fight for truth, and serve with humility.
What started as a small gathering of young men and fathers in North Carolina has become a growing movement. Jim’s life is marked by radical faith, real grit, and unwavering obedience. He doesn’t just teach biblical manhood—he lives it.
